| Responsibilities: |
- You will be responsible for a wide range of legal, company secretarial and regulatory support for our hospital business and operations, including negotiating, drafting and reviewing of medical practitioners contracts/agreements, commercial contracts, managing legal documentations; including tenders, undertaking secretarial functions of our hospital and related business operations as well as Corporate projects when required, and managing and working with external counsel in litigation matters.
- To initiate the incorporation of companies.
- To ensure all company secretarial matters are in compliance with the relevant acts, guidelines and requirements by all companies within the group.
- To prepare and file all statutory documents with the relevant authorities mainly the Companies Commission of Malaysia.
- To prepare directors’ / shareholders’ resolutions, papers and minutes of meetings.
- To update and maintain statutory records of all companies.
- To arrange and attend meetings of shareholders, board of directors and its committees.
- To liaise with the authorities in company secretarial matters and enquiries.

| Requirements |
- Minimum Degree in Law, preferably an ICSA graduate or a member of MAICSA or a licensed Company Secretary.
- Familiar with Companies Act 1965 and other statutory requirements.
- Computer literate, good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good organizing and coordinating skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience with working experience in a healthcare organization or exposure to healthcare issues an advantage, though not necessary.

| Responsibilities: |
- To ensure that patients records are kept secure according to the hospital hospital policy, compile patients charts, case histories and Physician’s reports and required.
- to manage and lead the Medical Records team in discharging essential duties of data entry, coding and indexing among others.

- Possess a recognized academic qualification in Medical Records Management or its equivalent.

| Responsibilities: |
- In charge of the overall operation, manpower planning, budgeting, drug procurement and financial viability of Pharmacy Department.
- Maintains the standards of pharmacy practice within the Pharmacy Department.
- Provide hands on training and assess staff working performance.
- Be involved in multi-disciplinary committees and teams where pharmacy matters are discussed.
- To co-ordinate and collaborate with other department or section for activities pertaining to Pharmacy Department.

- Malaysian, with Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Registered with the Malaysia Board of Pharmacy.
- Minimum three years experience in a hospital pharmacy.

| Responsibilities: |
- You will ensure that all medications are prepared and delivered to patients correctly in a timely manner.
- Assist the Pharmacist in screening prescriptions, inpatient discharges and other drug related matters.
- Key in daily dose supplies including return and refund of medications.
- Supervise Pharmacy Technicians on their respective duties.
- Assist Ward Clerks and Admission Clerks in drug related matters, including coding, billing and refund.
- Perform ward stock replenishment daily.
- Assist pharmacist in regular random ward checks.
- Monitor and maintain sufficient stocks in Pharmacy.
- Monitor expiry date of stocks in Pharmacy.

- Search and identify new source of supply, quantify the benefit to RSH and develop specific recommendation.
