People living with diabetes need ongoing education to manage their condition. Many do not have access to diabetes education.

In an effort to educate people about diabetes management, we invited our corporate partners and members of the public to take part in a series of quiz challenges at our World Diabetes Day Carnival on Saturday, 12 November 2022 at Repton International School, Masai.

Grouped into teams, participants began the day with a heart-pumping aerobics session followed by a team walk, where team members took turns completing 12 rounds of the field.

Our football challenge saw the teams kicking their way to the right answers while being quizzed. They then went on a treasure hunt, where they had more questions to answer to complete their final challenge.

In the end, two teams emerged top! Team Bionic Pancreas and Team Combo Tablet were named winners following a tie in the final score tally. Another strong contender, Team Strong Heart took home the 3rd prize.
