What Regency Specialist Hospital is Doing to Keep You Safe

Regency Specialist Hospital (RSH) will remain OPEN and IN OPERATION during the Restriction of Movement period. Precautionary measures and pre-screening staff are put in place at all our entrances to ensure everyone’s safety.

  1. RSH’s operating time will be from Monday – Friday: 8.00am-5.00pm and Saturday – Sunday: 8.00am – 12.00pm and vary accordingly on Public Holidays. Accident & Emergency operates 24 hours daily.
  2. Update on Ward Visiting Hours & Number of Visitor.
    For Wards / CCU / ICU:
    12:00 pm – 2:00 pm
    5:00 pm – 7:00 pm
    Furthermore, as we recognise that our patients require time for rest, we discourage visitations extending beyond the stipulated visiting hours.

    • Strictly only ONE (1) visitor or caregiver for each patient at any one time.
    • No visitation is allowed for the Isolation Ward / Room.
    • No visitor nor accompanying person below 12 years old.
    • Visitors above 65 years old are discouraged.
  3. Practice social distancing, frequently clean your hands, and is compulsory to put on a face mask at all times.
  4. Patients traveling to RSH are advised to bring along their appointment card or referral letter.

Stay Safe During Covid-19

Wash Your Hands Frequently

Prevent the spread of COVID-19, basic protective measures put in place can protect you and others from infection. Washing your hands frequently is one of them. Regularly and thoroughly clean your hand with an alcohol-based hand rub or wash them with soap and water.

Avoid Touching Your Eyes, Nose and Mouth

Your hands are in contact with many surfaces and can pick up viruses. These viruses are transferrable to your eyes, nose and mouth. Practice good hand hygiene and avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.

Maintain Social Distancing

Social distancing plays a big role in preventing the spread of COVID-19. Maintain at least 1 metre distance between yourself and those around you, especially when they cough or sneeze.

Practice Respiratory Hygiene

Practising good respiratory hygiene involves covering your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze and dispose the tissue responsibly.
