You may call to the doctor’s clinic and make an appointment with the clinic nurse directly once you know which doctor to see.
Generally, our operating hours are from 8.30am until 5.30pm Monday-Friday and Sunday. For medical needs beyond the normal operation hours, you may proceed to the Accident & Emergency Department that operates 24 hours daily. Yes. Our Customer Service team can assist our international patients to extend their social visit pass.
Required documents for pass extension:
- Passport – Patient & companion (original and photocopy)
- Marriage certificate / Birth certificate (Kartu Keluarga) (Original and photocopy)
- Letter from doctor
- Appointment card (Original and photocopy)
- Hotel receipt (Original and photocopy)
The new social visit pass will be issued within 2 weeks before the visa’s expiry date.
