Return the Discharge Notice
Upon payment made at Discharge Lounge at 2nd Floor or Payment Counter at Accident & Emergency (after office hours), a discharge slip will be given to you to hand over to the Nurse Counter.
Get your branula removed
Perform branula removal requires specific protocols and skill technique acquired by our nurses, attempting to remove it on your own may aggravate bruising or bleeding.
Receive report and appointment card
Collect your x-ray, laboratory report, and appointment card from the attending nurse, should there be any necessary follow-up.
Obtain the prescribed medications
Medication will be given to you (if any) in the pharmacy before you leave. Ensure that you are given with comprehensive instructions regarding the use of your medications.
