Overview

Diagnostic imaging describes various techniques of viewing the inside of the body to help figure out the causes of an illness or injury and confirm a diagnosis

Services

CT Scan

This technology combines a series of X-ray images shot from various angles around your body whilst utilising computer processing to create cross-sectional images (slices) of the bones, blood vessels and soft tissues inside your body, thus providing a more-detailed information.

Our CT Scan is of Dual Source Technology offering revolutionised clinical competence in numerous ways by utilising 2 different X-ray sources and 2 detectors. At this unparalleled precision, power, and pace, we are able to deliver high-quality results to patients even in the most challenging situations.

Digital Mammogram (Tomosynthesis)

A mammogram is a specialised X-ray of the breast used for breast cancer screening and early detection that helps improve patient outcomes.

Mammogram is indicated for women age above 40 years old.

Bone Densitometry Examination (DEXA)

A bone densitometry examination, or known as Bone DEXA is a test that measures an individual’s bone mineral density. The result provides useful information about one’s bone strength and the risk for osteoporosis and fractures. This procedure emits lower radiation levels than standard X-rays.

Ultrasound

This is a non-invasive medical imaging technique that uses high-frequency sound waves to create real time images of the internal structures of the body. Without generating radiation, ultrasound is highly valued for its safety, versatility and real-time imaging capabilities in various medical scenarios.

Ultrasound is usually recommended for internal organs evaluation, blood flow assessment, pregnancy monitoring and other diagnosis.

X-ray

A non-invasive medical imaging technique that uses electromagnetic radiation to create detailed pictures of the inside of the body.

X-ray is typically ordered for screening and diagnostic purposes, especially those who have concerns on their bones, joints and other underlying diseases.
