• This promotion is applicable to the self pay method only.
• The above package rate is inclusive of the registration fee, Health Screening Clinician fee, nursing procedures, and consumable costs for the test/procedure stated in this quotation only.
• Prior booking of appointment is required and is subject to availability.
• Any changes to the date/time of appointment should be made at least 3 working days in advance.
• If additional laboratory investigation, imaging services, vaccines and/or other services are required, will be charged on ala carte basis in addition to the package rate.
• Regency Specialist Hospital Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to revise the package rate, price for services and/or relevant fees at any time.
