patients near and far. Let us walk you through the steps to set up a virtual appointment with the doctor
of your choice.

Make an appointment with the doctor of your choice.

Meet with your doctor via a virtual call.

Pay for your medication online and have it delivered to you.

Step 1: Make an appointment online

a) Find your doctor and book a time

Head over to our Appointment Booking page to find and book the doctor of your choice.

Scroll through our list of doctors or use the search bar to quickly find the doctor you’re looking for.

When you’ve found your doctor, click on “Make an appointment”.

b) Select a date and time

Here, select “Online consultation”.

Next, pick a date and time and click on “Proceed to  next step”.

On the next page, you will be asked to review and agree to our terms and conditions.

c) If this is your first time booking with us, please create a new account.

After accepting our terms and conditions, you’ll need to select your country code and enter your phone
number. Then, click “Next”.

You’ll be sent a One Time Password (OTP) via SMS to verify your phone number. Enter your OTP and proceed to the next step.

d) If you’re a returning patient, please log in.

Select “Sign in with Email”, then enter your email address or phone number. Enter your password and click “Sign In”.

e) Select a patient and confirm appointment

Next, select an existing patient or create a new patient.

You can create a new patient for your next of kin, spouse or children. Simply enter the patient’s details and click “Save” when you’re done.

On the next page, do a final check that your appointment details, patient details and contact details are correct. Then, click on “Confirm Appointment”. You’ll receive an SMS from our hospital to confirm your booking.

f) Pre-pay for your booking to finalise your appointment

To finalise your booking, please pay for your consultation fees.

In the Appointments page, scroll to your upcoming appointment and click on Pay Now to make your payment.

Step 2: Meet with your doctor, virtually

Test your computer before your appointment. On the Appointments page, scroll to your upcoming booking and click on “Test Video Room”.

You may enter the Video Room 10 minutes before your appointment. To enter the video call, select “Enter Video Room”. You will first meet the clinical assistant, then you’ll be connected to your doctor.

Step 3: After your teleconsultation

a) Pay for your medication

Your bill for your medication will be calculated shortly after your teleconsultation. You will find the final amount in your Appointments page.

Click on “Pay Now” and select your payment method of choice.

Your receipt will be available after you’ve completed your payment.

b) Tracking your medication delivery

Your delivery tracking number will be available once your medications have been sent out for delivery.

Click on “Copy” to copy you tracking code and then click on “Track Now” to be directed to the delivery
tracking page. Paste the tracking code to get the latest updates.

You can always return to this page to keep track of your delivery.

What should I do to get the most out of my teleconsultation?

Here are some tips to help you out.

Device and equipment

  • Attend the teleconsultation with your computer. Make sure it is well charged or plugged
    in, and that your microphone works.
  • Test the video room if you haven’t used it before.
  • Set yourself up in a private, quiet, and well-lit room.
  • Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to test that everything works.

Patient information

  • Have your current medications in their most recent bottles with you.
  • Have recent measurements ready, such as blood pressure, blood sugar, and weight


  • Make a list of questions you have for your doctor
  • Be prepared to take notes if needed

What happens if I get disconnected?

You can reconnect back and you will be able to continue your appointment. If you’re disconnected for an extended period and the online consult room is not available, you can call us at +607 381 7700 for help.

Can I book a same day appointment?

Yes, you can book a same day appointment with your doctor.

Where can I view or reschedule my upcoming bookings?

To view your bookings, go to our Appointment Bookings page and then click on “Appointments” in the top left. There, you’ll find a list of your upcoming appointments.

You can also cancel or reschedule your appointments on this page.

I am an overseas patient. Can I use this service?

Yes, you can use this service if you have previously consulted the doctor during a physical visit.

Why do I need to pre-pay for my teleconsultation?

To avoid no shows, we require patients to pay for the consultation upon booking.

What payment methods are accepted?

On the iPay88 payment page, under Payment Options, click on the dropdown menu to select your preferred payment method.

You can pay for your consultation and medication using the following methods:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • FPX
  • GrabPay
  • ShopeePay
  • Touch ‘n Go Wallet

Am I able to get prescribed medicine delivered to me after the appointment?

Yes, your doctor can prescribe you medicine in the appointment and we can have it delivered to you by the next day.

How long will it take for my medication to be delivered?

Patients within Malaysia should receive their medication within 3 to 5 days. For international patients, it will take 5 to 7 days for your mediation to arrive.
